"Our stay was wonderful. The only thing that we disliked at all was at one point maintenance was going around changing air filters, and after knocking once, he just opened our door! Needless to say we scrambled to ask him to step out, but that was very panic inducing and we kept the deadbolt locked the rest of our visit. In every other way though the hotel surpassed our expectations. Very comfy bed as well!"

"Good Business Stopover Off Russell Square. Quiet roomy Atrium bar/restaurant (food after 4pm). Pret round the corner for informal lunch. Fitz's Brasserie is 20 yds away for formal dining. Good room,Good bed, spotless, Good wifi, Good helpful staff. Breakfast room is big - single traveller must make mutiple trips to bufffet food counters, self-service coffee by bean to cup machine - difficult to judge flavour sometimes - cooked breakfast looked great. Continental fare adequate. No problems and hassle-free. Gilbert "
