"Stay was very comfortable- my only complaint is they don’t have wash clothes to just wash our face. We had to use a corner of huge hand towel which was weird"

"Citizen M is perfectly located next to the Victoria Staion. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. You can order food from your room, but you have to bring it up yourself. Breakfast is available, it was delicious, but a bit pricey at £20. Overall a wonderful stay. Very clean, safe, and in a great location. "

"Be aware the standard room is small, but to offset this, the staff were amazing, the location perfect for walkers, very close to many attractions. The adjoining lounge/dining area clean, food simple, know though you would never go hungry. Definitely would recommend this hotel."
