"There are some homeless people hanging out in the corner of Victoria st, at night it’s doesn’t feel safe. But other than that the hotel is amazing and it centrally located"

"Great pace to stay. Loved the rooms. The only complaint was the breakfast buffet closed 15 min after we arrived but the hostess never informed us. Hence we didn’t get much. When reporting it the front desk was quick to reimburse us. Very impressive. "

"The staff at this hotel was so friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and check out late to meet our flight needs. The hotel is undergoing renovations and will be amazing when they finish. Despite the current construction, the staff made the stay worth it. I also love this location in London. Nearby tube access makes any siteseeing close, but this neighborhood is quiet and chill. "
