"I stayed here in February this year and while the hotel itself was lovely, the location great and a reasonable price for its location, there some niggles with service and the lifts that meant i gave it 3 stars. I am delighted to report that on this second visit the feedback Gave to the hotel directly has been taken onboard and all the issues I had were addressed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and you would be hard pressed to find a comparable hotel in a central location cheaper."

"We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff, the room was of a high standard and we enjoyed the wonderful pool and spa. No expense has been spared fitting out the hotel with great quality fittings and fixtures. Had a wonderful sleep too in a very comfy bed! We can’t wait to return! "

"Fantastic location (perfect access to multiple tube stations, attractions, theatres), room was good for one person. Only bad thing was the bed - worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. "
