"We loved the property, the location was not bad, we would have preferred the bell staff to deliver our luggage to the room which was upstairs on arrival. Also when we departed we had to carry our bags to reception, not bad but would have preferred them to be picked up. Next would be the greeting no one greeted us unless we were going to eat int he restaurant, maybe we are spoiled because we are used to people whomever they are and whatever their position would at least greet us with a hello....

"The ocean view from the room is exceptional and the in-room hammock is lovely. The bar/restaurant employees were incredibly friendly and took great care of us. However, the beach was disappointing. There was glass from broken bottles, broken floor tiles, large rocks, and other debris on the shoreline. Once you get past that, the beach sand is soft and smooth. Sleeping was a struggle. "Casa Frida is a quick walk from the ferry terminal, and easy to find. The suite is basic, but very clean. The hot water in the shower works well, and the bed was comfortable. In terms of location, it is a few blocks from the downtown area, so lots of restaurants and shops within quick walking distance, but you are not staying right in the noisy area. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and will provide great recommendations for restaurants. If there was one draw back, it would...

"Lovely hotel with fabulous food. Very well manicured landscape and beautiful fire pit in the evenings. The beach loungers and ocean access is ideal. Many close beach bars and activities in walking distance. Great communication via WhatsApp. "
