"Flew in a little early. Room wasn’t ready. Upgrade to club which was a mistake. Kept telling me they were upgrading the room. Everything in the room was the same. Didn’t get into room until 4:00. Waited 3 hours. It’s a shame but resort is beautiful. I guess upgrading wasn’t the way to go. Plus they really didn’t offer anything better. Been to excellent in Punta cana were club members have more. So if we come back we will not go club. Not worth it. "

"Our 5 day stay was excellent. We enjoyed our time here. The only issue was the seaweed season which made the beach unpleasant and we were not able to get in the water. "

"Friendly staff throughout the entire hotel! The food was excellent it didn’t disappoint and had options for everyone. My wife enjoyed all the healthy meals and different juicing recipes. The beach was clean and easy to walk too and enjoy the waves. "

"Me gustó el hotel lo único es que falta más aire acondicionado en las tiendas o restaurantes está muy caliente. Una cosa que no me gustó fue que fui agarrar un café y espere 45 min y cuando llegue a la caja me dijieron que hielo no había entonces mi recomendación es que avisen con tiempo a las personas y así no tendremos que esperar tanto.. "
