"The resort is so clean and beautiful. Staff were tirelessly and constantly cleaning. Food choices are excellent. The resort is in an isolated area, so there is no other transportation but taxi. When I booked taxi with the bell man to go to the airport and paid for it in cash, as I was told to do so, things went a little south. The next morning when I was ready for airport and was waiting for my taxi, it never came. The only bell man said to me I did not have to reserve ahead of time. I was glad someone help me and drove me to the airport. Management should investigate this matter, as clearly some bell man took customer’s money and never booked any taxi. I am pretty sure this was not the first time."

"[Traveled in March 2025] The property itself is, for the most part, immaculately kept. The restaurants are fantastic (save for the Asian restaurant) and the cold brew is strong (enjoyed getting some every morning at the buffet). The cocktails and drinks in the preferred club were notably stronger than other areas of the resort. The bar grill by the pool served fantastic wings (coming from somebody that loves hot wings and is picky). For the most part, the staff is exceptional and attentive. The masseuses at the spa were phenomenal! Cons: Room furniture was outdated, and the rooms have steps (is a problem with kids and/ or if you’ve had some drinks in you). The beach is small and on the rockier side. Ran into a couple of rude staff, and had to demand to not be waited by one in particular. Additionally had room service come and open the door to our room at 10 PM without knocking (it seems a late “turn down” service is to be expected, but this particular employee did not follow the 3x knocking protocol). Reported this to the front desk and they were apologetic and extremely mindful for the rest of our stay. Overall Experience: 7.5/10. We would return even with the cons as described above. Property was beautiful, drinks/food/ coffee was fantastic, and staff is great for the most part."

"The resort itself it very clean and the staff is friendly and willing to help at all times . We dined at Dorado and the steak house and both were very dissapointing .One should not need to go to the buffet after eating at these restaurants . We were at Hideaway and upgraded to Diamond club so we were expecting a higher level of dining .We stayed there five years ago and found the food was much better at that time . Our butlers were superb .Luis and Ulise were very attentive and listened to our concerns and filed reports on our behalf . I would certainly request them both should you decide to book a trip ."

"Dreams Sapphire was soooo amazing! It was a very safe and laid back property. Great option for families or couples. We did the preferred option which I highly highly reccomend. You get access to the adult only pool with complimentary Bali beds if you book a day ahead. I can not say enough good things about the staff! The adult pool had Jose and Resendas and they were AMAZING!!! Jose was so attentive and made us feel so well taken care of. Resendas made the most amazing drinks and would surprise us everyday with fun new drinks. They were tasteful and not like drinking gasoline. The pool was clean and quiet. They do a good job at looking after the area. The restaraunts were amazing. Our favourite was Portofino with amazing Italian options. Daniel was our waiter a couple nights and he took amazing care of us. I would go there just for him! The blue water grill (preferred) was so good and right on the ocean. Definitely wear your hair up when eating there as the ocean breeze will catch up to you! The service at all the dining options was not the quickest, be prepared to wait. The waiters were still amazing and friendly I feel they just lack staff and it adds long wait times. The entertainment was great. Lots of things to do at all hours of the day. Kid friendly options that adults are more than welcome to join in! Great evening opportunities! We loved dancing with the team every night.
