"We like everything at this resort this is our second time staying here. For us everything was a short walking distance from our room to the main lobby area, main bar and preferred club lounge. The staff was amazing and very friendly. I will say if you don't get to the restaurant's early when they open at 6, you will be put on a waiting list and that wait could be anywhere from an hour to an hour and half. Food was ok. The suite was incredible, and the property beautifully maintained. Best of all was the staff. Avid, Luis, Santos, Angelo, Jose.... all with such good energy and personality. "Everything was great. Food, service, facilities. Only thing I can complain about is the pillows (for the non-diamond clubbers) they were all very hard. Perfect for families, lots of nightly entertainment and plenty of amenities like the pool, waterslides, splash pad for the daytime.
