"Great hotel, great location. Breakfast was brilliant. Pool and spa facilities were great and staff were very attentive. Rooms were not clean enough, could do with a good dusting. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, we could feel the springs. Linen was of poor quality and sheets did not fit the bed so constantly coming off."

"Suite was good size, but was very warm despite having windows being open (-3 outside) radiators weren’t on so just the general temperature of the room. Bed sank into the middle but was comfortable on the whole. Room decor was fine, if not a little tired could probably do with modernising. Minor blemishes around the room were noticeable, caps on taps missing, cracked plug sockets etc. On the whole good value, but certainly not pristine. Would stay again, but unlikely to pay more."
