"Beware room 216. There is some kind of machinery outside while emits a constant irritating whine, the sort that makes sleep difficult. To the hotel’s credit, they immediately sorted another room for us, and didn’t charge for an up grade. Thanks to the night receptionist, Kyan, for this. Otherwise, everything ok!"

Fantastic staff and hotel

"From the moment we stepped into Malmaison to leaving fantastic service. We were upgraded to a club room and gifted a free drink voucher too at check in which was such a wonderful touch. When checking out the lady was warm and very friendly and even manged to find out what that amazing smell is that they pump round the hotel is. So thats just cost my husband a bit extra as just brought Arran scent for the home. Thank you to the hotel staff as they made our stay so relaxing, just what we needed. "
