"The facilities are dated when you compare it to the other resorts that you have access to. Overall the food and service was good at all restaurants, pool was amazing. Trams come frequently, although they can get quite busy in the evenings. Adults only section gets is right by the infinity pool. Great place to spend a weekend. 2 people in our party of 11 did go home with food poisoning, so be careful what you eat."

"The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! "Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. "
