"This place is incredible. Never felt busy, always a chair at the pool and a seat at the restaurant. Preferred club gives you access to a better poolside restaurant for Breakfast and one dinner restaurant. Shout out to Metz the building concierge who was able to help us with everything throughout the day/night. The beach is perfect- sand is perfect, snorkel right off the shoreline. Room has a steamer so didn’t need to bring one. "

"Overall, we had a lovely time at the resort. It is a huge property with plenty of activity options, pools and beaches! The staff were great! The resort upcharges for room service, unless you want a hot dog or ham sandwich between 11a-11p. That was disappointing. Please also note they are undergoing renovations in some of the rooms. When we checked in the first night, the toilet plumbing was not working at all in our room, but they moved us to another room in a timely manner. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was very clean and comfortable. A few issues to identify- it was confusing to find out where to check in as this was a separate entity from Grand Bahia Principe. Some of the security guards didn’t know where to send us. One other issue was the little plunge pool was very cold and wasn’t really usable. Some great things to mention- couch and kitchen were a great place to relax. We cooked a few meals which made it feel like being home. Overall a...
