"I loved our stay and I would definitely recommend this to others. Our concierge helped book our restaurants. The buffet restaurant was great. The only complaints I have is that the food at the beach was cold and on rainy mornings there is no driving service before 9am. Beautiful natural beauty. The beach is protected so you do not have to stress about undertows as much. The rocks provide home to fish so you can snorkel right there on the property. They had several animals running around that were adorable like spider monkeys. Shows were well done and the theatre is open to air on the sides, you could see the show from any spot. My kids are older so we didn’t take advantage of the kids programs but they had many fun things and a kids pool with slides. The quiet pool was amazing because it has trees all around it and cool rock formations. "

"Overall satisfied with the facility and stay at the resort. Enjoyed the beaches and the al a carte restaurants. My only complaints was lack of a snack restaurant open in the evenings besides the buffet. They were all at the other Bahía resorts. Advertised 24 hour snack restaurant but not at Bahía Príncipe. After 7 the only way to get snack service was ordering from the room. The other complaint would be lack of communication about towels for the pools and beach. Only one location to pick up but not noted anywhere so wandered around looking and asking for quite some time. "

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa (family of 5) and it was just perfect. As many have mentioned Tony is a great host and available always through whatsapp. Room service was great and on time. There is a bar downstairs which is very reasonably priced and the great snorkeling options at the beach itself. Location is great but road getting there could be a bit better (about 150 -200 meters. I did lose my snorkeling gear at one of the denotes but Tony was kind enough to lend me one! On our way back to the airport, I realized that I forgot my telescopic lens back in the safe box. A quick call to Tony and he had his Taxi guy deliver it to me within an hour at the airport! We plan to come back here soon !"

"Its a beautiful and quiet property. The villa was beautiful and very spacious. It had 2 full bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Its great for families with children. Location is about 30 minutes from Playa del Carmen."
