"Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. "

"excellent location, beautiful beach and great snorkeling. extremely clean and well kept property. service was good but could have been more attentive (not being seated/drink orders taken at buffet, soaps/shampoos/water not replenished by housekeeping, etc). a la Cartes restaurants VERY good. buffet was fairly typical, but had lots of nice Mexican options. chair saving an issue, but staff always available at beach to help you find a spot/remove towels. great resort for lower mobility individuals...

"My second time here, very comfortable for family vacation with VIP access to all restaurants. Got a bit of weed on the beach around Tulum resort. Staff is friendly, good live music and tequila, coffee machines. Clean and maintained properly, nice pools. Management did a good job."

"Lizbeth and the rest of the staff were welcoming, kind and so accommodating! I enjoyed one of the best massages I’ve had - thank you Luce! The rooms were clean and well stocked. The beds were really comfortable and the A/C worked well too. There were a few minor problems that were attended to right away and we were offered a room update without hesitation. A highly recommended resort!"
