"All I can say is wow, me, my wife and our son went for 4 days, it was our 9 year wedding anniversary and my birthday the day we left. We always had plenty things to do, we went swimming daily, plenty of little shops to visit, they even have a casino inside the hotel area. Lots of things to do for adults and kids, we never had a chance to get hungry or thirsty, plenty of food throughout and drink stations, the food was amazing, the buffet had plenty of options for breakfast lunch and dinner, we received two restaurant reservations and we went to the tequila restaurant and the Indian food place, they were both awesome. The staff was always helpful and courteous, our room was closer to the beach and was tastefully decorated. I really can’t wait to go back ❤️"

"The entire staff here is amazing. Everyone is friendly and welcoming! Our butler Alvero was excellent, always with a smile on his face! Anything we needed, he made it happen! Service was fantastic!!!! Food and drinks not the best. However, great coffee shop and entertainment staff. Rooftop room was nice, we enjoyed it and thought it was worth it, we had a great vacation. Loved the pools but the beach has too much seaweed so we couldn’t swim which was a little disappointing but overall great resort! Recommend!!"

"Tastefully decorated, newly renewed property that feels premium in all its details. Plenty of activities and experiences to be ha within the complex, we stayed within the hotel grounds the entire week we spent there and never once felt we were missing things to fill our day. Do mind, sargassum does affect the beach experience negatively when its in season but otherwise a 10/10 experience. "

"The hotel and staff were wonderful, but I have a few complaints. First I wish the hotel had Dominican food. I also wish they had jet ski rentals. The AC was not cooling enough in my room so there was a fan that was needed directly above the bed that was on nonstop which I wouldn’t prefer. The water pressure in the sink was poor. My door to my room needed to be cleaned or painted as it very dirty. Portofino restaurant could be better."
