Sand by the pools was cool but sometimes you just wanted to get away from it, had to go to rooftop pool to get away from it. Swim out rooms with 24-7 room service was great. "After a 2 night stay farther south in Tulum, we needed to upgrade. We booked an oceanfront room. We were very satisfied. The check-in felt very upscale. Unfortunately, as at most AI’s, they will not give your room until after check-in time. For us about 3:15. But, you are free to use all the facilities. "
