The hotel manager Kevin was very accommodating and even offered us a special dinner to make up for the late check in. Gabriel, Our room concierge was also great. He was very attentive, helpful and went above and beyond to attend to all of our needs. He planned a romantic dinner for us to celebrate our anniversary. Lucia the manager at olio - was great. She made sure our experience was perfect. You can tell these guys enjoy what they do and take it seriously. I also want to give thanks to Estela at the front desk, Jeremias at preferred lobby bar. I highly recommend this resort. It’s relaxing, luxurious and the customer service is top notch. "

"Wonderful customer service!!! If you’re looking to relax- this is the place to be! The only downside is you need to take a taxi to go to the beach and taxis are not the most budget friendly in Tulum. Other places near hotel with a doable short walk when it’s not too hot ir raining."
