"The only thing I didn’t like was the amount of walking, specifically the walk to our room. We were on the 3rd floor, which was fine, but our room was at the END of the third floor! My friend has a bad right knee and left ankle, and I have MS, so the amount of walking was grueling. My fault, I’ll know in the future to request a room close to the elevator. I’m sure if I had told them the situation they would have changed our room, but I didn’t. "

"The staff was very accommodating, warm, and attentive. Rooms were cleaned daily and the overall property was cleaned very often. The food was OK. There were nightly performances which were entertaining. I went in January and the private beach was amazing, with white sand and warm turquoise water. Unfortunately the pools were not heated. It was my first time traveling to Cancun and I'd recommend this hotel if you're interested in visiting the area. "
