"This resort is beyond exceptional, and it is the service that truly stands out. Beloved provides an elegantly quiet and romantic experience. The resort has just over 100 rooms, so even at full capacity there wasn’t a single time or place that this resort felt full, quite the opposite. We never waited for, or saw anyone else wait for anything including the reception and concierge desks, a table at any of the restaurants (and no reservations needed), room service, beach service, poolside service. This isn’t because Beloved is a smaller resort, it’s because of the ratio of amenities and truly great employees to guests- 3 pools, 4 full restaurants, the Cafe, taco truck, bars, etc. all for about 200 people…The staff here is incredibly friendly and plentiful. Beach service as an example- at least two beach concierge employees from morning to evening ensuring everyone had a fantastic beach experience. Beyond setting up and maintaining loungers & daybeds, and providing towels, they got to know everyone’s preferences. In addition to the beach concierge employees there were also 2-3 waiters on the beach taking care of everyone with drinks and food throughout the day. Speaking of the beach experience, we never once had any issue getting a palapa with a daybed or loungers. The spa is beautiful, and the included Hydrotherapy circuit is fantastic. We’ve been to plenty of large and small resorts, and this one is special everyone has a VIP experience. "

"The room was excellent. Although....a real door to the bathroom would have been appreciated. The glass door that doesn't go to the floor seems like an odd 'privacy' compromise. Service at the VIP restaurant was inconsistent, from excellent to average The beach is beautiful and great for long walks, but the water is tough to swim. The VIP swimming pools and beach lounge areas are great.. Other pools are not heated and cold. The facilities are beautiful. Lots of bars and easy to get to. Tipping is expected....even suggested by staff!"

"Lovely resort with excellent service and facilities. Lot of good food options including vegetarian items. Great activities for kids including a fun water park. Staff goes above and beyond to provide a great experience. Playa Mujeres is quieter than hotel zone and if you intend to stay at the resort for the most part, works out well. Highly recommend this resort for families!"

"The staff made you feel like you’re a rock star we loved that. The only think is the shower tub was not cleaned very well and the sheets had stains before we sleep on the bed. Otherwise everything else was amazing . "
