"Property was well kept and it was 5/5. You got to walk through the jungle when going to the rooms. You also walked through the jungle to go to the pools and beach. "Okay we stayed here 3 times in the last 3 years . They really need a do not disturb sign because housekeeping, kept knocking on our door even after they had cleaned. Some staff were nice while others were not happy or seemed bothered by requests for drinks. Towels were very stiff and felt very hard on our hands and skin. We hope if we return they may do these few things. "

"My third time staying at a Barcelo resort my first time in Puerto Vallarta and the two times here Tropical and Caribe. Everything like alway very nice. This time we checked in premium not to happy with the check in process the staff who help us check in very low spoken had trouble understanding what she was saying and not too friendly. Not the best experience! At the hotel lobby area staff is more welcome and friendly. Other than that we always enjoy our stay at Barcelo. "
