"Stayed there last year. Same last two weeks of May. Great staff. Many remembered me from last year. Felt like a homecoming. Luxurious lobby. Cocktail lounge is well-appointed and inviting. Specialty restaurants provide superb service. Buffet offers something for everyone. Parties at sister hotel provides nice, off site alternative."

" Our stay at this hotel was wonderful! The property is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff were always kind, polite, and helpful. I’d like to give special recognition to Roberto, who works at the poolside restaurant — he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a big smile. Also, Guadalupe, who makes the omelets at breakfast, was very pleasant and welcoming every morning. The overall service and quality of the hotel are excellent. The only downside was the issue with the restaurant reservation app — it didn’t work during our stay, and we were only able to secure one dinner reservation with the help of the manager (thanks to Roberto’s support). Also, our room wasn’t cleaned for one night, which was a bit disappointing. Despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel has great potential, and I believe the service will continue to improve. I would definitely come back! "
