"Stayed in the Family Select section for 9 days with my wife, and 2 young daughters, plus my in laws (4 seniors, 2 adults and a baby). Good: - the butler service was great. "Resort is top notch. Food variety is amazing. Clean plenty of swimming pools, sun beds, sun umbrelas. Beach has part rocks part sand but within resort there is a nice beach section with white fine sand. Palladium White Sand Resort is a place to go! Every part of the resort is pretty much a part that you can spend a day at, if you decide to get lost in the hugeness of the propperty. "Beautiful property but the food was not great at the restaurants we were pushed to make reservations with. The buffet was the same food as the restaurant food just on a different scale. Also we had a hard time getting a hold of guest services for towels, the room was cleaned towels were taken but never replenished. Took 2 days for that to resolve. "
